Well this weekend was a combination of good and bad. Let me tell you what went down.

FRIDAY
Another house party in the city of San Bernardino. Started out with sound difficulties, but at the end of the night, We had sound. We were lounging you know doing what we do best. It was Me, Phatboi and Dopeness. Then Along Came Karrina and her homeboy. Shes the homie. Chilled with the homie Monique. yeah, you know how that goes. Anyways, Still partying. Started Yesterday for my team The Los Angeles Lakers. You guys are probably like oh oh band wagoner! man STFU! haha...The Lakers are the only reason I started to play ball back in 99. i wanna tell every body..Treat your body right. Drink water. Drink 8 glasses a day if not more. Drink until your pee looks like Poland Spring. aha Because your body needs to be hydrated. A lot of people dont realize. They'll be like "Oh yeah I drink a lot of of water, I drink juice. I drink Soda." No. Thats not the deal..aha Chill with that. Your body is made up of 60 plus percent of water and that all your organs need to be replenished and clean out. Also, if your an actor or an athlete like me, you have to make sure your not dehydrated. Avoid that and also if you have weight issues, Drinking 8 glasses a day actually burns like 300 calories. Because your body uses that to digest it. Waters just the worlds greatest healing agent. I have friends who know people in the military. Not that I condone the military, but they'll be out on the field and there would be no medicine. They will drink water to heal their wounds.
So Honor it...Love it. A lot of countries don't have access to water the way that we do. A lot of countries are not up to our level on the way our water is and its particularly developing in other countries. Like theres days when I take a shower..a warm shower here in my crib and I just thank God for the blessing of having running water and being able to take a shower. With warm water at that. So approach water with care. Approach it with concern and use it. Its there for us in the United States. You got drinking water. Spring water you can buy. Just Drink it. Drink it ALL. It will make your life even greater. It will avoid headaches and everything. Waters the best thing you can drink. Stay healthy...I know im not..but water keeps me above the boarder line. =] This was a moment with Crafty on water =] BLAYOW!!

Ive been sitting here thinking....and ive come to a conclusion. You are soo wack! Honestly you are. I think, why did i surround myself around you for such a long time. I used to be all for you and care all in the world for you. Now....shit i could care less what you do with yourself. Running around with your indecisive mind. You think you've grown up because you flaunt the things you have..but to me thats just basic. You havent done anything to make me or anybody else think you're the shit. Stop walking around acting like your shit don't stink cause i know..IT DOES. I honestly think someone will knock you up and all your little dreams will be crushed. =] Call me a Jerk, and I hope you do. But I just don't care. They always talk about the ones that talk shit to make themselves feel good because they know they're nothing. The people who discovered that were talking about people like you. Listen up, people aren't chocolates. You cant just pick them out how you want them to look. Things don't work like that. If they did, Life would be one big motion picture. But I guess that only applies to you. Do you know what people are mostly? Bastards. Bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find a dumb indecisive bobble-headed girl who walks around vomiting bullshit. You've pushed my buttons but no more! HA! You couldn't push my buttons if you tried. In fact, I have no buttons. Please think of me as buttonless, all smooth, Crafty Muthafucka who WILL show you up in life without even having to do a whole lot =]
But this here is not all about being a dick to you. I feel like said whats on my mind at the second..but on a lighter note...I enjoyed the times we did have and probably will continue to have. You made HALF of time good...nah great. You've made memories with me and nobody else can make. I'm great-full of you for that. Im not out to be enemies with anybody..I don't like to hold grudges on anybody. I don't have time for that. But this is all just thoughts. and thoughts. and thoughts. So I'm going to listen to the rest of this Stevie Wonder mix and go about my day. I feel better now.
